Lluvia's Furniture is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to improve continuously.

What we do

  • Design with strong color contrast and readable text sizes.
  • Structure pages with headings, regions, and landmarks that screen readers can follow.
  • Provide alt text for product imagery and labels for form controls.
  • Keep the site navigable by keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
  • Serve the site in both English and Spanish so content is available in the language you prefer.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site rely on third-party services we do not fully control. In particular, financing partner forms (for example, LendPro or ChargeAfter) are subject to their own accessibility standards. If you hit a barrier with one of those forms, contact us and we will assist you directly or by phone.

Product imagery and descriptions come from manufacturer catalogs; we are reviewing and improving alternative text and bilingual coverage on an ongoing basis.
